Unfortunately for my physique goals (which I can no longer recall) I have discovered I am capable of making Butterfingers.

I used Joshua Weissman’s recipe after watching the video and feeling like maybe it wasn’t so scary. It’s actually pretty neat when the baking soda reacts and aerates the candy. The ACTUAL hard part was dunking the bars in the chocolate. I am not patient. My last few bars were pretty sloppy lmao. But they were all delicious.

They’re a little softer than store-bought–can’t say which one I like better because they just seem different. Sometimes you kinda wanna break your teeth on a commercial Butterfinger (I mean, I guess)
